Orelia Thoreau felt as though a part of her died every time a new tribute was chosen from District 5. She couldn't help but remember the names and faces of every young child or late teen who died in the games after her. So, when it's announced that for the Quarter Quell past victors will be the ones chosen to partake in the games, well, Orelia is over the nice girl act and is ready to finally get justice for those who have fallen.
