Nick Lennox, brother of major William Lennox has been friends with Sam Witwicky all his life, when his parents die and his brother is deployed, the Witwickys take him in. One his birthday will gives nick a present of a yellow camero which turns out to be an alien robot. Nicks life changes the better and wins the girl of his dreams, just like sams does.
