Scamnum BT was a small group of villains in the rather big Parvus district. They were known for being extremely ruthless, it didn't matter what age, what or whoever crossed their path. And the 1% that survived were counted to be the unlucky ones. Truth behold, they were also closely associated with the Syndicate, a just as ruthless group of villains feared by everyone in Eesmp, everyone apart from the pro hero Angel.
