tommy is a vigilant that fights the main villian siren,siren also being wilbur soot trying to kill the vigilant is trying to find out who tommy really is and gaining his trust to kill him.

but after some time wilbur finds the urge to protect the boy he tried to kill,he is like a brother to him

the only problem is that they two are enemey's
and wilbur is scared for the person he sees like a little brother, the only person who ever cared for him, could maby find that out.
