Description
All Kristen Farraday ever wanted as a kid was to help people and be a hero someday. Unfortunately, after her father dies in a fire doing just that, she decides to leave being a hero to others. It's not like she has much of a choice though. After a school trip to a laboratory, she is bitten by a genetically modified spider and gains spider-like abilities. Although, she isn't alone. Her classmate, Peter Parker, also gets bitten by the same spider. As if destiny has it in for these two, they both don spandex clad costumes and become Spider-Man and Spider-Girl. Unbeknownst to each others' identities, Kristen develops a huge crush on Spider-Man and wants more than anything to know who is behind that mask. Peter doesn't feel the same though, and is instead head over heels in love with Kristen's best friend, Mary Jane Watson.
