CHAPTER 1

Bright and fragrant roses are much more enticing to butterflies; it was no coincidence that when Maria and Rose met, there was an instant connection-one that was intense, deep but forbidden. For Rose, without having seen Maria, it was her angelic voice that called out to her first. For Maria it was when she first laid eyes on Rose and so, the story begins when the butterfly is paired with the rose. Will both women's decisions alter the outcome of their relationship?
