Chapter 1 : Weather Tornado

it was my first fiction story from the PAW patrol show in a crossover with my OC dimension which was post-apocalyptic world (based on Fallout game). How can they get to my dimension? Oh the bad company name enclave make some Machine to make a new peaceful world But that project was abandoned long ago, the machine is not stable so that makes a portal inside a tornado and jump to another dimension
