Prologue

Mia Rhodes is not your typical senior. She doesn't socialize or have many friends. Rhodes spends most of her time at The Ring with her single father who is the head coach. Mia soon finds an attraction to the new mysterious boxer, Channing Wood. The two are drawled toward each other and neither of them know why. When their "relationship" forms, secrets come out, lies are told, and tears are shed more than laughter is heard. Will Channing and Mia be able to bear this painful relationship and all of the consequences that it comes with?
