What if Katniss didn't volunteer? What if Prim went into the games? Would she die? If so, who would be the victor?

I've looked online almost every a Hunger Games fangirl is interested in this subject. They have written stories and theories, but here is my version.

I do not own any of these characters, or any part of the Hunger Games story. This is simply a fanfic, all rights goes to Suzanne Collins.

This story is a part of a new fanfic series called Change the Story. It is where I take some few books and change a part to see how the story would be different.
