But of course, the vile President Snow isn't about to allow his reign to come to an end, therefore he has no choice but to kill the hope, and the only way to do that is to kill the Mockingjay. What better way to kill her than to take away the one thing she loves above all else? The quarter quell is looming closer, and as always this years games have a flavorful twist, but this year, the twist isn't for entertainment, but for punishment.
