Rumble's parents are very religious which means they don't approve of homosexuality due to this Rumble is worried that if His parents find out they will disown Him.

(Button Mash and Rumble are 18 years old in this story so old enough to make their own decisions however Rumble is still afraid of His parents reaction to finding out He's gay.
