Prologue

Living in the Ottoman Empire, Liyana, a 14-year-old orphan is abandoned to suffer the cruelty of her aunt, her only family, has taken charge of her survival until she is married legally off. She is threatened and physically abused and is accused of many sinful crimes which lead her to be sold off to the rumored 'arrogant' prince of the Empire.

Once she enters the royal palace as the prince's harem, she suffocates tremendously, undergoes afflictions, and life-threatening circumstances to gain her happily-ever-after. Is her sacrifice worth it?
