Nurul live a beautiful life with her two best friends, Aifaa and Dee. She never did unpleasant things to other people including them. Just a little tease and joking around at times. Not until one day, she suffered and sudden coughing blood made her felt weak and just about to die.

"Am I going to die soon?"

"No cure, isn't it?"

"I'm right, aren't I?"
