William Havel wants to be a witch. He wants to be just like his mother, and believes that the best way to achieve that is by going to Wisteria Academy, a high class school for magical education. While there, he meets Leon, the snarky son of the king who looks out only for himself. Though being vastly different, there's a lot that the both of them have in common, things that could lead to a friendship, and maybe more.
