Background info and Bio

In a world where World War 2 never ended, the Nazis controlled most of Europe, and the remaining allies formed an organization known as The Free-World Liberation Army, an advanced and organized Agency made to combat the Nazis. After suspecting the kiryuin's involvement with Nazi plans, the organization sent their top agent from the Espionage Division, a 17 year old boy with mysterious powers. Shinra's mission is to act as a student of Honnoji Academy and under a new identity (Y/N)(L/N). He must find out what the ememty is planning and stop it no matter the cost. What is the Kiryuin family up to? What are the Nazis up to?
