Description
Aiura Kei is a 16 year old Japanese girl she came from a well known family. And the best part is she is the epitome of perfection. She's smart,talented,independent,capable, or in short the spitting image of perfection. But no one ever expected that this Spitting image of perfection is a complete otaku who has her whole room covered with anime posters and she has her own manga cafe inside their house. She's living her life really well not until she discovered that she only had 3 months left to live because of an incurable disease. At her deathbed she muttered the words "I lived perfectly and I don't have any regret I love you all. " There she died at the age of 16.
