Hanagaki Takemichi is well on his death bed as he suffer from a heart cancer. He tried everything that can make him feel fine but none of them works.

He was admitted to the hospital at such a young age and was always been in there for mostly all his life. That change when he met a guy.

His name was Chifuyu even though Takemitchi life was all sad and gloomy maybe he can be still happy won't he?

And then there is his friend who was admitted to the hospital too because of a stab wound from whom on Earth pester Takemitchi daily life in a good way.

It's fun and enjoyable for him.
