Alleged serial offender- Shakti Gupta arrested by Goa police

Shakti Gupta (Insta: @shakti00002) , a serial offender from South Delhi was arrested on Monday by the Anjuna police officials in Goa. On charges of raping a minor from Mumbai, Shakti has been sent to police custody by the local court.
