CHAPTER ONE Hi, my name is Ana. My parents work at a vets office and I love animals. In fact, I have an owl named Sleepy and a cat named Whiskers. I am so happy! Today is my eleventh birthday and we're going to an amusement park! "Ana!" That's my mom calling. It's probably another relative calling to wish me a happy birthday. "Coming mom!" I hollered. I raced down the stairs as fast as I could. "Alright," I sighed "Lets make this quick. Who's calling?" "No one" mom replied. "Okay," I said slowly, "why did you call me down then?" "It's a letter, do you know who it's from?" "No," I answered. "And I don't see a return address either. " "I'm opening it!" I randomly announced. Before mom could stop me, I opened the letter. Here's what it said: "Dear Ana Windes, I am pleased to inform you that you have been excepted into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Along with this letter is a list of everything you will need. You will find everything you need in Diagon Alley.
