Description
Oscar is on his way to live with his step-dad and Head of Police in Mantle, Chief Ozpin. Ozpin has been on a case for the past two years about an assassin who calls herself Blood Rose, and cannot seem to get her behind bars, thus starting to lose the publics support for him. When Oscar shows up, he meets a mysterious woman who is later to identify her self as the one his step-father has been after: Blood Rose. Spending time with her, both her and Oscar start to become great friends... That is until a huge miss-understanding leaves their friendship on a sour note. Now with Rose behind bars, things go from bad too worse for both Ozpin and Oscar. And only Blood Rose can fix it... but how is she going to gain Ozpin's trust back to save Oscar from further harm?
