The New Teacher

Regina Wicked is the new french teacher at Cackles. This takes place during Mildred's fifth year at school. Regina was sent there from Wormwoods, as part of the staff relocation program, where she was the deputy headmistress. Hecate finds that she and Regina have alot in common and attempts to make a friend. Will they end up as more? Who knows?
