Set in the Nadia Institute of Advanced Medical Sciences (NIAMS) in Bangalore , its a tale of two different people Dr. Akash Saluja and Dr. Ananya Rawat. While Akash is the tall, dark handsome who is the man every girl dreams to be his , Ananya is the demure, lackluster personality who knows nothing beyond studies and her work. Akash does not go by right or wrong when it comes to his ambition while Ananya is all about being ethics and values. Will such contrasting personalities ever fall in love and if they do will strength of their love be able to sacrifice everything for each other or will they go separate ways torn away by the curve ball life has thrown at them?
