Wanda is a girl with a secret moving to Malibu, California on a mission. Jack is a guy who was in the wrong place at the wrong time and is now being hunted by someone. Jack soon takes a liking to a certain green-eyed girl. No one will be prepared for what happens. Will they fall in love? Or will they kill each other before they ever get the chance?
