There will be content including suicide, self-harm, depression, anxiety, schizophrenic symptoms, isolation, paranoia, and other topics that viewers may find triggering. Viewer discretion is advised. These poems will all be written by me. They're based on my day-to-day life, and probably many others' lives as well. I've written them based on my suicide attempts, self-harm, mood swings, and my battle against depression and anxiety. Please keep in mind this is an ongoing battle for me. There will be gaps and clusters in the dates. One day, I could have written 10 poems...then another, I could have taken a break for weeks. The updates are inconsistent, I update from my google doc when I've written a handful of poems. Maybe once every few weeks...months...who knows? But I will update. I hope you enjoy, and I hope you can get through your hardships as well.
