1 - When a Hero become Psycho

Reader is an average girl trying to return to her home after working overnight. But her walk was interrupted by a plead of help and she ends up saving a woman from being assulted.

This event somehow leads to her killing people with bare hands, getting sent into a Highly-Ranked Prison, and have a bunch of criminals as a part of her ever-growing harem.

All in all, her life turned both to shit and epic.
