Na minsan, napapaagang dumating ang mga dapat hindi pa at minsan naman ay kahit anong hintay mo rito, hindi pa rin dumarating sa'yo. Noelle Maria Francine Ocampo was born in Virac, Catanduanes. Growing up, she wants to be a busy woman. No one was expecting anything bigger than her except herself. She is an achiever. At the end of her day, she wants everything done as much as possible. She would take all-nighters and go to school without enough sleep. She plans ahead of her day, her weeks, months, years... And she always wants them to happen. But unfortunately, things didn't fall into place. Because of that, she didn't have the choice but to go to her hometown. She didn't want it there. It makes her feel that she is stepping back from everything she successfully let go of. Or maybe, that's just what she thinks.
