When Harriet Watson, sister to army doctor John Watson, passes away, her little niece Julia is left in John's possession. She doesn't talk much, doesn't have friends, and spends most of the time with her nose in a book. When Julia moves into 221B, can Sherlock get her out of her shell, one loner to another?
