Cheryl Blossom is from Quebec City, Quebec in Canada. She travels to Riverdale, New York where she will be an exchange student for the next school year. Her host family in none other than the Topaz's. She finds Toni to be quite adorable, but Toni has a boyfriend. Will Cheryl and Toni get along?
