Before Evil Emerged is a fan written prequel to the original 1978 film, Halloween. It explores the uneven relationship between Judith and her younger brother Michael Myers before he murders her on Halloween night 1963.

A year passes and Michael is sent to Smiths Grove Sanotarium to be held for his actions until the day of his twenty first birthday. During his stay, Michael encounters many kids who threaten him and strange stuff starts to happen to them but Doctor Samuel Loomis knows what evil lives behind his patients eyes.
