My name is Elsa Waverley Harper. I am a witch. A very powerful one to be exact. I've lived up with the Elders since I was a young child. They taught me how to use my magic, how to control my magic, and how to use my magic for the greater good. But they forgot to teach me how to act in the normal world. They've turned me into one of them. Which makes me half Witch half Whitelighter. When I turn sixteen I am getting sent down to become Piper And Leo Halliwells children's Whitelighter. They didn't prepare me for the adventures we would go on. The also didn't prepare me for when my Charges started having me second guess everything I've ever been taught.
