Penelope Halliwell

The Halliwell's have a fourth sister Penelope. After grams death they move back to forks and live in the Halliwell manor. Penelope meets her soulmate Paul Lahote and her cousin Bella meets hers Edward Cullen. Do these cousins stay friends or does jealousy get in the way?
