Drake Anderson is not your average wealthy man, he is a loner. A person who relies solely on himself and luck to get through life. From Los Angeles, California to Ottawa, Ontario, Drake earns a respect for his new home. Until he is met with an adventure to Canada's north that would change his life completely.

He finds himself in the arms of Elliot Freedman, in a new land, Arviat, Nunavut. Struggling to survive in the North and having no possible direction of going back to Ottawa, Drake learns that luck and knowledge go hand and hand. That is when one survives.
