Winnie Hart lies.

Big or small, it's become a habit in her life, causing her to push away most everyone who tries to get close. Her mind is constantly clouded by her dark past, with a secret she swears she'll take to her grave. Getting through her last year of high school is going to be hard enough to deal with, and it gets even more complicated when she meets him.

He was rough, daunting, and the exact opposite of her. Winnie swore to herself she would stay away from him, and the problems that seemed to trail along behind him. But he's dead set on figuring out what she's keeping from the world, no matter what it takes.
