Moving In

A young husband and wife move into their new home which is right next to an abandoned insane asylum; it has been abandoned since the 1920s. The husband, Daniel, gets the idea to renovate it into a hotel so he can work along side Leah, his beloved wife. She is hesitant at first, but she agrees with Daniel and goes through with the plan. After having their first child, Josie; the hotel is also finished with construction. Things are going well for the new family at first, but when their first guest arrives, things become a living nightmare.
