Shield Maiden

There was nothing for the longest time, and then there was her. With scales of stars
and wings of galaxies she was the universe. For when she breathed worlds were
born. Within her was the burning fire, the warmth that gave birth to the
universe.

Nothing is everlasting; it is created, preserved then destroyed.

Preservation has been the motto of the knights since the
beginning, and will be till the end. When a young girl is whisked away by the knights she turns
out to be much more then they bargained for.. not just a young lass with a talent for handling horses.
