Description
Crescent was formerly one of the Six Great Knights, until she is accused of a murder she did not commit. When she was sentenced to be executed, a miracle allows her to escape: her cousin Dryya, also a member of the Six and extremely loyal to the King, frees her. Alone in Hallownest, Crescent knows she has to clear her name, however much the idea disgusts her. But instead of doing what is right, her mind turns to thoughts of revenge. Then, she runs into the Radiance and discovers that they both have a shared goal: to destroy the Wyrm. When the Radiance is trapped inside the Hollow Knight, Crescent is furious. After a while, when Crescent had tried many times to free the goddess of light and failed, the Infection breaks loose, and the once flourishing Hallownest falls into ruin. Like the few survivors, Crescent mostly believes that this is simply a permanent change they would all have to get used to.
