The Request and the Arrival

One of the Ainur who stayed with Eru Ilúvatar in the Timeless Halls asks him permission to go to the Dragon Ball Multiverse. Eru says yes. This story is about that Ainur's journey in Dragon Ball, He now becomes the Vala of Dragon Ball, who's name in Saiyan is Sceleryn. His Saiyan vessel is the Son of Bardock and Gine, and Brother of Raditz and Kakarot (Goku).
