Sienna Rose Romanoff/Mikaelson ever heard of her? Maybe not. Natasha and Klaus had a one night ending up with a baby but Klaus didn't know. When Sienna was born Natasha put her up for adoption with a necklace and blanket. Sienna never arrived at an Orphanage she ended up in the same of The Red Room and Hydra instead.

As she grew her witch side aswell as her werewolf side got stronger. She had yet to activate her vampire side. Sienna was given more abilities that she was given to by Hydra.
