What is going on? "𝑳𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕?" he asked me, continuing to stare down at me. "𝑳𝒊𝒌𝒆..." I couldn't finish this sentence. "𝑯𝒎𝒎?" he probed. But what was I going to say? Stop looking at me with those beautifully sinister eyes of yours. Stop looking at me with your ethereal broken smile. Stop looking at me with that expression of a long-lost lover. What could I say?
