Characters and Settings (Part One)

The year was 1964, and Halloween was just around the corner. Kids and teens walked around the neighborhood, as if scoping out the rich houses for the good candy- which was the truth, but some teens were looking for just trouble. Halloween wasn't just trick-or-treating anymore for them. It was about pranks, scares, and sometimes even revenge.
