Scared and Confused

Alice Parker, simply put, is afraid of the dark. At 17 years old, she still sleeps with her baby blanket. She fears everything but what might actually hurt her. Being taken into alternate worlds and things that don't exist frighten her more than snakes or heights. But then again, who's to say that they don't exist?
