Being seatmates with a silent kid is sometimes good or sometimes bad. He would smile, laugh, and giggle but never really said a single word. I would speak the whole time but instead of him saying anything, he just passed a note with words written to it. That was his way of conversation.
But his smile was always begging for my love for him.
