INTRODUCTION

He lifted my chin up and leaned in to give me a soft kiss before saying, "And I love you too."
My heart stopped a moment. Did he really just say it? I stared up at him in shock.
But something felt funny. I couldn't figure out what it was but it was tugging at my brain. "I know you do..." I said in a low voice of recognition, but confusion. I was a bit befuddled. "We've had this conversation before... haven't we?"
