Prologue

"I need you to make me king." The man growled, curling his lips upward to expose the sharp canines. They curled over his bottom canines which were just as sharp. They were pearly white, clean. For someone with such a terrible attitude, he seemed to have great dental structure.

I shook my head. "Absolutely not," I turned my head to look to the side while I cross my arms over my chest. "And even if I could make that call, I can't unless we marry or I die, the latter is pretty much useless though because next my siblings would just become heir." I mumble, more to myself than the the angry Vampire in front of me.

To think I had saved him only a few hours prior, and this is how he repays me.
