Victor is a studious med-student on his way to becoming a pathologist and his childhood best friend Matthew has only the aspiration to attend every punk show on the east coast and have fun with his life. After a terrible car wreck and a twisted mental breakdown-fueled attempt at making things right, Matthew is brought back from the dead and turned into a monster. As he fights a new physical and emotional pain of existing from resurrection, he'll have to face the girl he loves and decide wither this new life is worth living.
