Bella Harper is a dance teacher at Waterloo road. She is also wild and a party girl. Bella is annoyed over her older sister and mum always trying to set her up. Bella knows one thing and she knows that she doesn't do relationships. When Bella sister tries to set her up with Tom Clarkson, Bella knows it's not what she wants and knows that they are complete opposites
