Bella Moonbrooke is a 13 year old girl who lives with her Uncle Tom on the island of Jorvik, known for it's very good riding schools and competitions. Her parents died in a fire when she was 6, and has lived here ever since. Getting ready for the summer recruits to come in, Bella faces challenges against her family and her greatest friends. She longs to be a Star Rider, and is working to rove her Uncle wrong, that she CAN handle the world. Little does she know what has come to face her............................
