Thank you note to Carxna04!! (and quirk explanation!)

This little fanfiction is heavily inspired by Carxna04! (I got permission!!! They are super nice! I'm so excited for the rewrite!) So please check out the original work!! It's really good. I'm just unsatisfied! Cause my monkey rot brain wants happy ending so here I am writing my own rendition of the original fanfiction. But again please please please check out the original!! Anyway!! The concept is that todoroki has a half sister, nobody has any idea. ^-^
