Prologue

Whale and Snowstorm are overjoyed when the IceWing and SeaWing Queens lift the rule of no dragons of different tribes being together. But what happens when a prince is murdered, and suddenly the IceWings and SeaWings become enemies?
This set around 50 years before the Dragonet Prophecy and the Pantalan timeline never happened in this story.
