When River Cassidy, infamously known as the Serial Hospital Murderer, ran away from the prison, two people were quaking in their boots. Ander, his brother, and Jamie, his ex-girlfriend.

River claimed to be innocent as soon as he could get a hold of his brother, but trusting the pesky vigilante came with its price. He could be lying; he could be not. It was up to Ander to make wise choices, all while ensuring the safety of the woman who could be the reason for the doom in the first place.

For him, there were two possible courses of action. Either join hands with a murderer or end up dead; both options were as lethal as they came.
